KeRi Engineering PC is a full-service mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering firm. What began in 2014 as a small New Jersey practice with a handful of engineers has grown into a nationally active firm with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), serving clients across 21 states and trusted by public agencies, healthcare systems, and the world's leading pharmaceutical manufacturers.
We were founded on a single idea: design building systems that are accountable and sustainable for our clients and the community they serve. A decade on, that idea still decides how every project is run, from new NYC schools and all-electric conversions to hospital operating rooms, mission-critical switching facilities, and ISO 5 cleanrooms.
We design to the numbers an owner actually lives with: construction cost, schedule, complexity, operating cost, and the level of maintenance a building staff can sustain. With more than 100 years of combined experience and an engineering-first mindset, we take complex problems and make them simple to build, operate, and maintain.

We design with the latest cutting-edge technology and tools. High-definition 3D laser scanning captures existing buildings as point clouds, which we turn into accurate 3D models before design begins, so our drawings start from the building as it really is. We pair that with BIM/3D coordination, AI and custom in-house AI tools built for engineering, energy modeling, CFD, and Integrated Project Delivery to work faster, smarter, and with fewer surprises in the field.
